Indian Food

L has always cooked very good Indian food, always vegetarian unless we buy a frozen meat dish. There are not many Indian people here so there's not the choice of food you get in England.

Thanks to Jamie's Kitchen Bible, a birthday prez from W, I made this dish on Saturday. Like all his recipes, I have made, it tasted very good and quite Indian although not much like any of the hundred versions of the dish we have tasted.
