Leftover leftovers
Bubble and Squeak with brussels sprouts and bacon bits.
Roast pork with sage and onion stuffing pie. Made more interesting when you don't have a mincer (or grinder as we call it here) Chopping the cold, roast meat with a knife produces a better texture than grinding. Unless you are using raw meat of course.
Sorry I forgot to photograph them before we devoured them.
We are snowbound again so what else to do but stay home and cook?
