Typhoid, Yellow Fever, Polio, Malaria
Went to the travel doctor for our shots for the Amazon trip yesterday and had two injections and some "live" pills for typhoid yesterday.
28,000 people died during the construction of the Panama Canal mostly from yellow fever.
We are going to Iguasu falls and you can't go there without proof you have had the yellow fever jab.
More snow tomorrow - I will wait till then for the fresh photo William wants.

I have never been anywhere where I needed injections. Do the "live" pills move around or are they boring and brown like yeast?
I seem to be out of touch with the travel plans these days. Are you going to the HQ of Amazon.com in Colorado to collect an order?
We had to have some jabs for South Africa- Hepititus A and something else I think. I also had a Hep B shot when I worked in Birmingham.
There is a lot less commenting on your and William Jnr's blog at the moment- and not just by me. Perhaps the spammers have run out of sarcasm?
I will email you with suggestions for 25/02 tomorrow.
Since nobody asked, my interview went alright and I will find out if I get the new job in the next few weeks.

Did you mean "liver pills"?
If so, they do not move around, but are brown & very boring.
I think that they may be good for the liver - M will know.
Perhaps the commenters have all made new year resolutions to go to the gym & so have no time available to read blogs etc.

Since this is more a food blog (very talented with food these Williams) I can inform that I have just had a VERY Danish lunch in a VERY boring way so to make up for that I am eating chocolate, only to be done when William isn't around.
Live pills don't sound nice whatever they are, the trip sounds very nice though.
I had a very nice birthday with lots of very good presents. Hamper took a little bit of translation - apparently easily confused with hamster!
I need to look for a new job, so that is all for now.
