Have looked up 'esoteric' and am now looking for the joke! (I have never even had so much as a little 'ffftt' noise when openning the valve on my watch- a little disapointing really, but I always make the noise myself to justify having the feature.)

Perhaps a gas and air release valve would be good for Elaine in the next week or so- if they make one wih one of these- in red, then she would be delighted. It will not need to have an alarm I don't think, sleep is not on the agenda for the first 2 months as I remember.

Go on, give Ben the watch so that he can enjoy looking at it when he is woken up throughout the night at feeding times.
 

I think that you should give it to Ben.
He is obviously an up & coming young man who does use a dictionary when he meets a new word.
I do note some minor problems with double lettering - keep using that dictionary, Ben.
Please add your vote if you think that Big William should gift this watch to such a deserving young man.
 

Clearly I should have it, not that feckless wonder who cannot spell (just like me).
Perhaps you should buy three of them...
My favourite is actually with a brown strap a dark bezel but still with the orange numbers
