Korea in Korean

Seoul from a distance
I hope you are seeing all the buttons in Korean as I am! - because I had to guess what they said from where they are.
Got here four hours late - plane pushed out onto the tarmac in San Francisco- as soon as he tried to start the engines the APU (auxilliary power unit) just died and everything went silent. Four hours later, miraculously from somewhere, we got another 777.
Love all the poetry and comments!

Comments:
Wish I could say a couple words in Korean after 10 years of knowing them. They have a different sound than the Chinese, Viet or even Japanese. I can always tell a Korean when I hear them talking in the store but I'm not good with languages, it doesn't stick. Couple things I know, they are very family oriented, are always busy, aim to be honorable in all they do & make a nice barbeque, but maybe the Bar b q's only in the US.

Over in the Valley, just 20 mins from downtown LA, it was 109 yesterday and 106 today! It's just another demension of heat I don't want to go into. Right now it's sublime in front of a morning fan with the window open, this will be as good as it gets till tomorrow morn I guess.

Have a great trip.
