Saganaki

The flaming cheese dish I referred to is a Greek dish called Saganaki - fried Halloumi flamed with Ouzo - I don't like fried cheese generally and this was just fried cheese with flames. A bit like a cross between mozzarella and paneer (Indian cheese)

Comments:
I had that served to me by a greek guy at university. rather salty, but quite nice. It doesn't melt like mozzerela though. Not that interesting as a big plate full on it's own though.

I don't want to meet any bears, so please ignore William's suggestion about a bear feeder table.

Yes, be careful of bears, they can be very powerful and dangerous.

Bears can also be a bit grizly- much like young children- and ex. pats in Denmark!

And remember, never smile at a crocodile, never tip your hat and stop to talk a while. Never run, walk away, say goodnight, not good day, clear the aisle and never smile at Mr. crocodile!

The same applies to bears I think.
