It seems one can't leave a house for a few days summer or winter
without returning to problems.
In winter burst pipes and in summer dead lawn.
The strange thing is that it gets watered every morning. I think it is
growing hydroponically - which I think means without soil. So it is
probably sitting in a bed of ash where the dead patches are and needs
extra extra water.
