Pizza

With pink and white fingerling potatoes, Fontina cheese from Aosta in
the Italian Alps, thyme and rosemary from my garden, Tellicherry black
pepper from India on a thin, crisp crust of Italian "Caputo 00" semolina flour.
(A very finely ground flour specially for pizza making)


Comments:
This makes my M&S haddock florentine with new potatoes, purple sprouting & asparagus seem woefully inadequate.
