Pad Kee Mao

Usually translated to "Drunken Noodles" for various confusing reasons
ie the chef was drunk and threw everyhing in or it's what people eat
when they are drunk - like curry in England.
Pork tenderloin with chillis, garlic, Thai basil, onions, fresh rice
noodle and Chinese broccoli. Cooked, of course, in a wok. A very spicy
dish and a real favorite of mine.
