A sign of the times when one is proud of being the oldest in the room.
No fear of that in Solihull - a lot of real wrinklies in the changing rooms, I think that they do pool sessions, as they are never in the gym.
I would only admit to being the oldest in the gym when I am there alone!
I don't do clases - a combination of fear & not running to a timetable.
