Hip hip -- Oreo
Brevity and Boldness from Boulder
The WOW tablecloth you already know and thanks to W&MK it brightens up
the winter. Homemade Oreos in the foreground in front of some
Daffodils from distant shores reminding me that Spring really will
come one day.
You will notice that it is snowing today but only an inch or two so-far.
I am, as usual, resenting every flake of it.
I swam 125 lengths of the 50 foot pool this monning and my weight was
179.5 pounds.

Live from the Beeb!
It shows what time it is where the station plays - Lithuania,
Amazonas, Ireland, UK and thousands of other countries as well as
Colorado (local) Public Radio.
Thanks again B and E.

Home Again
And I finally picked up the Element (Elephant as w calls it)
all it took was $16,800 and five weeks work! New wings(fenders) bonnet
(hood) bumper, headlights, transmission, throttle body, engine cradle,
radiator, and a few hundred other bits and a lick of paint.
No I haven't moved - just setting up another base.

January Generally
Home from Europe with the souvenir that lasts 8 days (one day for each hour of time difference)
Back in the swim and back in the gym with only a slight weight gain. Amazing given the binging on fantastic Danish food that went on.
There have been various attempts to use blogs to publicize peoples weights and thereby commit to losing weight. Most notably in williamslittleworld.
I keep writing this blog, though no often enough I am told, because I KNOW quite a lot of people read it. Only William usually makes any comments and I thank him for that but I was thinking perhaps if I posted my weight every Monday, then others might post their weights as comments. They could submit their real name or initial or some secret code for their name.
This way we could confess and monitor our weight changes and goals and achievements.
I was 183 lb this morning but I think I am still stabilizing after Europe and jet lag and a long time on a plane so I will start next Monday. My goal is to lose 10 lb - about 5 Kilo or readers outside the US.

Home Again
And the weather is so much warmer!
14 C today and we never saw more than about 5 in Denmark.
I am missing all my babies a lot already though.
Here are two of our many woderful gifts. The tablecloth from W and MK
matches all the surroundings perfectly. We have been looking for
exactly this for years. The red vase has it's own entry coming up -
or is it going down?
