How to have fun!


Yes its party time!
Doctors have been trying to persuade me to have a colonoscopy for ten years now - I have to decide which of the above two methods I prefer,  before they start,  tomorrow morning.
Meanwhile I am drinking two liters of lovely liquid "clean me out"
Well you asked me to blog something!
I'll let you know how it goes, assuming I survive.

Well, I hope your Dr doesn't have a grudge against you for any reason. Seriously, the procedure should go well, not painful afterwards.
