Invisible mending

Moving the computer desk downstairs, to begin the creation of Rose's
room, I broke one end in half.
A row of accurately positioned cornflakes resulted in this strong,
invisible repair.
For those who don't remember that scene from "The Two Ronnies" I
actually used wood glue.
