Pao de Queijo

For a Sunday tradition Pao de Queijo (pronounced Po(M) but don't close your mouth on the "m" je cachu) - Brazilian Cheese Bread, Made with Manioc flour (tapioca flour) a ton of cheese, eggs and oil.


Comments:
these look a little like broken eggs sitting on a pan. I guess they don't bake too brown??
