More signs

They may be the smallest ones I have ever seen but they must be
crocuses sitting among the roses which look dead. My reward for
planting them five months ago.
I miss the snowdrops! Pretty rare here I have planted them several
times here but squirrels love to eat the corms (which of course we all
know are fundamentally different from bulbs).
Do they still grow at Hollylands at the top of the field?

Comments:
Yes, it's a very good year for snowdrops - the woods are full of them. We have a few crocuses out & the daffodils are now coming out - the dwarf ones have been flowering for a couple of weeks.
The garden looks very good helped by another day out there in the sunshine yesterday.

I just love this time of year when things begin anew except when the allergies flare their ugly nostrils!

Are we related to these ugly-nosed allergies?
g

Are they the little yellow and red things with the furry leaves?

Oh, the Somerset Allergies.
I think that they may be distantly related, by marriage - W's side of the family though.
