Saturday Brazilian Tradition

Feijoada - pronounced "feshwada" (in my opinion)
a stew with sausage, pork and black beans, served with Farofa (manioc with eggs and stuff in it - the yellow stuff in the white bowl which many Americans describe as sawdust), rice - which has garlic and onions in it, julienned collard greens (some sort of cabbage, "collard" is the American name for it)
